Dr Mitesh M Mehta

Dr Mitesh Mehta is the Principal Dentist and Partner at Dental Beauty Islington. He qualified with distinction from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2009 and subsequently obtained his Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS RCS Edinburgh).

Mitesh focuses on creating confident, natural looking smiles through carefully planned, minimally invasive treatment combinations. He discreetly straightens teeth using Invisalign®, brightens smiles with leading professional whitening systems such as Boutique and Enlighten, and perfects the final result with composite bonding to deliver harmonious, aesthetic outcomes.

When teeth are missing, Mitesh loves helping patients rediscover the joy of a complete smile. His preferred solution is dental implants, they look, feel and function just like natural teeth. He plans and places every implant with precision, delivering beautiful, long lasting results that are completely tailored to the individual.

A passionate believer in lifelong learning, Mitesh regularly attends advanced courses, lectures, and hands-on programmes led by world renowned experts. He is also actively involved in mentoring colleagues, supporting their development across all areas of dentistry.

Patients particularly value Mitesh’s calm, gentle, and reassuring chairside manner. He has a special interest and proven expertise in helping nervous and dental phobic patients. Early in his career he dedicated one day a week to treating such cases at a specialist NHS referral centre in North London, an experience that continues to shape his compassionate, patient-centred approach.

Outside of dentistry, Mitesh is a keen runner, he has completed a Tough Mudder and is currently training for a charity half-marathon. A lifelong Arsenal supporter, he considers the practice’s Islington location perfect. He also enjoys travelling and spending quality time with friends and family.
